HUMAn resources policy

Our culture is shaped by highly motivated and involved professionals, who collaborate well leading to the success of our firm. Our young and experienced professionals embody these attributes by the way they work and serve our clients on a daily basis, because what unites us in the first place are human values.

At the heart of our policy, we alternate audit and consulting assignments, suitably depending on experience. We combine appropriate training and periodic evaluations of skills.

Graduate of Higher Education (Business school (ESC), Master 2, DMAS), you are rigorous, enthusiastic and you share our values.



    Assistant manager

    The cross-office organization and its active policy enable everyone to evolve with various assignments. The financial statements particularly from listed companies and consulting diversify my skills alongside experienced professionals in a firm on a human scale.


    Mission leader

    The four years in office allowed me to acquire various skills in the field of accounting and auditing. The diversity of clients, partners and employees represent for me the strength of the firm in which I have fully invested myself.



    I joined the firm after five years with a "big four". I joined the project led by the partners, both for their business approach and for their ambition. The strengths that attracted me is the match between the size of its structure, the technical level of the staff at all level of responsibility, involvement of partners and value added needs of its listed and unlisted customers.

    After two years with the firm, I have appreciated evolving with a young team in an atmosphere conducive to professional development. The opportunity offered to me to address diverse engagements with high added value and in close collaboration with the partners enabled me to prepare effectively for my future responsibilities.

    I have the opportunity to intervene on high value-added assignments to organized groups and SMEs. The complementary audit and advisory activities and training policy provide an ideal framework for skills development in a human-sized organization that promotes proximity and values the individual.

    Master 2 CCA Assistant

    After an internship, I wanted to integrate in a human structure with diversified tasks of high added value. My assignments involving listed groups have also allowed me to strengthen my knowledge in IFRS standards.


    Master of Fiscal Law 2, Senior Associate

    I wanted to integrate the firm for its various areas of expertise, including tax expertise where the clients are particularly demanding. The firm also allows us to expand our field of expertise by making us work on a variety of assignments while working closely with clients.



    I was immediately integrated into the team and was permitted to participate in different assignments over a period of 6 months. (Consulting, statutory audit ...). It was an unforgettable experience, thanks to which I have developed many technical skills within a growing firm, while operating in an environment that works closely with clients.
